Reporting a collison to your insurance company is not something you do everyday.

It is, however, something that we do everyday and we're happy to help!

 Our friendly and experienced staff understand that reporting a claim to your insurance company can be overwhelming, especially after the trauma of a collision.  That's where we come in!
 
Upon your arrival, a  member of our management staff will assist you in calling your insurance company and completing the accident report with your adjuster.

When your report is concluded and you have returned to your daily routine; we continue to work closely with your insurance company getting your vehicle appraised, verifying your claim status and commencing repairs on your vehicle.  

Once repairs are completed, we continue to communicate with your insurance company to ensure payment for repairs is forwarded to our company allowing you to pick up your repaired vehicle without any cost to you above your deductible amount.*

*Once the insurance company has authorized payment of your claim, Keele Street Collison 2000 Ltd. bills the insurance directly.  Policy holders may be responsible for a deductible, betterment charges as determined by the insurance company and/or GST where applicable.  Keele Street Collision 2000 Ltd. will make every effort to notify the customer of any monies owing before repairs are complete.
