When you pick up your completed vehicle from Keele Street Collision 2000 Ltd., you will receive a warranty card to keep alongside your insurance papers in your vehicle.
This warranty card contains our telephone number and your specific repair order number so that in the event of a warranty claim, the staff at Keele Street Collision 2000 Ltd. can immediately access your repair file.
The following is a complete copy of the wording on the warranty card you will receive:
Keele Street Collision 2000 Ltd. warrants that repairs have been performed in a good and workman like manner. Workmanship is warranted to be free from defects as long as the vehicle is owned by the client named on the repair order. Refinished panels are warranted against fading, peeling and cracking for the lifetime of the vehicle. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by management. Indication of new damage to any repaired area will immediately void any applicable warranty.
All replacement parts are warranted for a minimum of ninety days as determined by the supplier.
